Worst product with worst service
On 18th April 2024,I ordered this refrigerator from Amazon. On 21st April 2024 this product was delivered to me. Only after after couple of days, i made a complaint that it is not cooling properly. Subsequently on 3rd May 2024 I got another refrigerator of the same model delivered to me as replacement.Even the replaced refrigerator had the cooling problem. The Whirlpool technician came and cited of gas leakage problem in the replaced refrigerator. Thereafter the Whirlpool service centre took the refrigerator for repair on 9th June 2024. Since then whenever I’ve called the service centre no response has been forthcoming.Ever since I’ve purchased this refrigerator, I’ve not been able enjoy is utility. The Amazon has washed off its hand by saying that I’ve already got a replacement.So what a customer is supposed to do if one recieved even the replacement as defective item? Ultimately my family is suffering in this hot summer.

Whirlpool warranty is scam.
I have purchased Whirlpool refrigerator in July-2021, now compressor is not working.Now Whirlpool service person saying this model compressors not available hence replacement of fridge will be done on the basis of imposing depreciation 20% per year usage upto now on the product. So for maintaining the same fridge I should bear the cost of depreciation , so what is the meaning of warranty of the product?It clearly seems that this warranty is scam to consumer and force to buy new product after reselling ( depreciation cost) the old product. Actually this is extra burden to family like us instead of warranty of the components.Ridiculously the same product model is available in market as well as in Amazon like platform.

worst experience at the time of delivery and uploading the fridge
fridge is good but delivery boy and that driver bahut worst type se fridge upload kiya.. I asked them to upload the fridge to 2 nf floor and after removing all the cartan they handled the fridge very badly… they said after otp if we upload the fridge till second floor it is not mu responsibility.. bahut dent diya unhone fridge pe and both were rude… driver ne kaha saaf saaf mujhse nahi hoga… amazon sirf gate tak saman deliver karti hai baad me customer ki responsibility… too baad experience from amazon delivery… I have given 5 star to product because it is working good but my experience was too bad as not to be written in words

This fridge looks good and ticks all the boxes for a fridge needed for a five membered family. However I am a bit disappointed with the storage capacity. For 340 litres I expected more spacious storage but that is not the case. And poor interial quality inside , and additional stubiliazer,This is purely in comparison with my previous fridge of same capacity. So definitely there is room for better utilisation of space.

Don’t understand
I wanted a big fridge for our household. And was looking out for some thing in the range of 35k to 37k not more than that. Then I found this refrigerator, as per my need it was exactly my match. I ve been using it since last 1 year, earlier I had issues with the freezer compartment as the rubber cascate was a bit loose and there used to be ice formation at the roof of the freezer compartment. We live 25 km from the district so after repeated calls someone came to check and he told us about the problem n said the freezer door needs to be replaced and after 3 days our reques was cmclosed even though our problem remained the same. Again after repeated calls noone came to solve the problem, it’s yet unsolved. And we received the fridge door dented. That’s too is unsolved. Despite all this our whirlpool fridge is fine. And working properly.Especially with so much being ignored by the company we are adjusting. I would suggest if you are at a distance pls don’t go for this
