“Poor Quality & Hidden Warranty Conditions – A Regretful Purchase
I purchased this refrigerator in April 2024, and within just two months, the chiller plate broke. After six months, the freezer door also broke. Even though the product was under warranty, I had to pay ₹550 for each replacement part because the warranty does not cover plastic components. It seems like this is part of their revenue-generation strategy. I deeply regret buying this product.

It’s a decent purchase for a small family.
It’s been 3 months now..The refrigerator does its job…however there is constant vibration..which was addressed by the technician and the problem went away for a week or so..post that its back again..sometimes due to the vibration noise I switch it off and maybe after 5 or 10 min restart it and the noise is gone..Appearance wise I liked it..its very vibrant with dark blue background..
