I have enjoyed the quality of Waterdrop Filters for my refrigerator. They make my ice and filtered water as my primary thirst refreshment and hydration source. Don’t need or want bottled water. Customer service is rapid and effective. I had a small problem with one filter out of many. Quickly evaluated and resolved by Waterdrop customer service faster and better than I would have expected. The price is always reasonable, quality is excellent and any price. I like that they filter PFAS, the so-called forever chemicals. Your choice if you want clean water.

The filter installed correctly without undue trouble getting it to fit and spiral up into position; it has been operating just fine since being installed. I tried this brand when filters from another brand turned out to have a manufacturing defect and failed to install properly, though filters from that brand have worked fine for the past 4 years. It’s too soon after purchase to comment on how long this filter will continue to function.
