CUSTOMER SERVICE MD vanishing while CHAT
I bought this for 2 reasons one is its TATA Product and the other is AMAZON.There were 3 glass door shelves shown in the product description & I bought this. After purchased it was delivered as committed. everything is fine. I wants to ask about the missing 3rd Glass Door Shelve.But the customer service is BOT only, not allowing or listening to my need or requirement.Finally, i somehow entered and connected to Mr. Thameem a customer service person. shared my concern. he kept me hold for verifications.Then he connected to another person which shows as MD, Customer Service. Again i repeated my conversations. I was chatting seriously, they asked for photos. while attaching the photo the customer service MD had ended the chat and vanished….Now what should i do? AGain with BOT…Again with BOT…BOT is not allowing or listening or answering my needs or requirements…
