Not great product, no proper software support and customer care and service centre has no Idea about the product issues.After calling Number of times they don’t have idea about the product and not able to resolve issues.Just buying time. Very unprofessional behaviour by Samsung customer care team and customer Care centre.Please think before buying, you can get better product with almost similar specifications from other brands without issues.Think many times before buying this useless tab.
