Great fridge, disappointing delivery experience
Got a dent on the backside of the fridge — clearly because of poor packaging, as there was no cushioning at all on the back. The delivery guys also refused to bring it up to my 2nd-floor apartment and just left it in the parking area. I had to arrange three people myself to move it and ended up paying ₹2,500 extra. Really disappointing experience.About the fridge:I’m really happy with it. The design looks premium and modern — it adds a nice touch to my kitchen. Performance-wise, it’s excellent — cooling is fast and consistent, and there’s plenty of space for everything. The LED lighting and control panel are very convenient too. Overall, a great fridge with both style and performance. Totally worth it!

Good Product and Wrong product Description
I recently purchased the Samsung Side-by-Side Door Refrigerator for approximately 63k, taking advantage of both bank and instant offers. This purchase proved to be a great value for money, especially considering that the same model in physical showrooms is priced around 93k. Despite different model numbers for online and offline versions, they are 99.99% identical. The only notable difference is that the online model includes an ice tray but lacks an ice tray box, which is included with the offline model. Therefore, don’t be surprised if the product description on Amazon differs slightly from what you see in showrooms.Why I Didn’t Choose the Water/Ice Dispenser Model:I opted not to go for the water/ice dispenser model for several reasons:Maintenance:The water/ice dispenser model requires higher maintenance.Capacity: It has a water capacity of just 4.5 liters, and using the dispenser reduces the freezer capacity by approximately 20 liters.Cost:The model with the water/ice dispenser costs an additional 30k, which isn’t justified by the reduction in capacity and the higher maintenance requirements.Glass Door Option: Not Worth the Extra CostSimilarly, the model with a glass door is essentially the same except for the door material, which adds another 30k to the price. The extra cost for the glass door did not seem worth it to me.**The 5-in-1 Convertible Feature**One of the standout features of this refrigerator is the 5-in-1 convertible function. However, it’s important to note that a complete conversion from freezer to fridge or vice versa takes about 6 to 8 hours, according to the Samsung technician.*SmartThings App and Energy Consumption*The SmartThings app is a handy tool that shows power consumption. With just a few items in the fridge/freezer, it consumes approximately 1.34 kWh per day. You can use this information to calculate your electricity usage based on your local rates.*Final Thoughts*Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This refrigerator offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to the prices in physical showrooms. The lack of an ice tray box in the online model is a minor inconvenience, and the higher-priced models with additional features like a water/ice dispenser or glass door did not seem to provide enough added value for the extra cost. The 5-in-1 convertible feature and energy monitoring through the SmartThings app are valuable additions that enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of this refrigerator.

Product is good, but very bad Delivery Experience
Product is very nice. Little bigger than what we expected. Rate was very competitive with card and coupon offers. Could not find Ice and egg trays.Delivery experience was very poor as the delivery agent informed they have no manpower to deliver the item door step. Finally I had to arrange labours spending Rs 1500. Amazon should verify the capacity of delivery agency before entrusting these bulky orders. As I got the item with offers, I was not in a position to reject. Otherwise I would have rejected

Great product and delivery by Amazon. But poor exchange service.
The Samsung side-by-side door refrigerator is great. Enough storage space and cooling for a family of five. Delivery of such a large and heavy product was done very well. But the exchange service done by a third-party dealer was poor. The refrigerator that I wanted to exchange was in top working condition. The exchange dealer won’t accept the amount that was agreed when I purchased the new refrigerator from Amazon. He started bargaining for even lesser amount which is not acceptable as the old refrigerator was working fine and already a deal has been made of the exchange amount with Amazon earlier. All this is done by the dealer on the phone with a few pictures using the two delivery boys. How is he able to decide whether the old product is good or bad through a phone call? We had to move forward with the bargained rate as we had no other choice but to get rid of the older refrigerator. They know this very well and use this as bargaining chip to get lesser exchange rate than the original agreement. I would have put in 5 star review but there is nowhere else to address this issue. So I urge everyone to be careful when exchanging your old product.

Product was good delivery was so bad
Product is good, Samsung support was superb, but delivery experience was so bad, they do not cooperate at all with me, delivery courier only drop the product to my door step, they do not agree to drop the product in my chosen place, I have to pay more 1000 rs. To outer person for carrying it in my place.So there is no question about the product but I faced a very bad experience with the courier service.

Expect awful delivery
The delivery guys were awful! They went out of the way to make this an unpleasant experience. They insisted that the fridge wouldn’t fit into the elevator and just dumped it right outside and left. But of course, it fit into the elevator! We had to do the moving ourselves.On the plus side, the product looks and works great. And the Samsung technician came right away to get it installed.
