Very much useful for storage capacity for 4 family members. Cooling of Fridge and Freezer are very good. Product design is👌While I purchasing this product shown in Amazon App 580L, but in product details it was shown 550L and received the same. This confusion doesn’t understand.Installation is slow technicians late response. To be improved.

Nice and spacious. Good capacity. Using it since a few months. Works well for storing lots of meat in a family of 3 and 2 dogs in the big refrigerator. Installations were also smooth

Don’t purchase this product- no cooling after 3 months
I m writing this review after using this product for 3 to 4 months. The product stopped cooling after 3 months, when logged a complaint to Samsung customer support, the engineer cleaned the coils and advised me to use the fridge with AC on …. Yes you heard it right, they advised me to keep the AC on while using the fridge during summer. As per the technician due to over heat the compressor goes off and this is due to high temperature in Noida..It worked for 3 to 4 days and again started giving me problems. When I logged a second complaint, the technician advised for compressor change. This means the compressor was faulty to begin with which could have been identified in the first visit.Now here i am working with Samsung team to get the permanent solution to the problem. I have gone through lot of reviews online and on amazon, i can see multiple customers experiencing the same issue. Looking at everything i assume its an issue with this product i terms of how it’s designed or capacity of compressor used in this product.Please be very careful before u make that decision of buying this product.
