Superb Machine and awesome cooling:I purchased this in summer sale and what an amazing machine this is.. the delivery was perfect without any dents on the fridge.. installation happened the next day. Cooling and temperature management is spot on. The food stays fresh for long compared to the single door refrigerator I previously had.Looks of the fridge is very premium and its a clean design from outside. Conversation feature works like a charm. Although in my opinion noone uses these features on a regular basis. But it’s a good option to have. Connecting the fridge via smart things was easy and it has very useful features like door open warning alert which comes on your phone whenever the door is open. This Helps a lot with kids in the house. Also you can monitor the energy consumption pattern. It has energy saving AI mode also. You can control the temperature of the fridge via smart things app on your phone.Freezer compartment is nice and big. And makes ice very fast. I made ice-cream and kulfi and it turned out amazing.Only con is the number of racks in the side door panel. It has only one rack for holding bottles. They should have provided one more rack in the bottom.Overall it’s a great product from Samsung. Highly recommended to everyone with a family of 5-6 members.

Matt Black finish, wow… super nice in my kitchen.AI Energy Mode- Learns my usage pattern. My electricity bills have dropped by 10%.The Convertible 5-in-1 feature like allowed me to convert my freezer into fridge when I had guests over this weekend giving me extra storage.The Twin Cooling Plus- my fruits and veggies to stay fresh for longer.Smart Things App- Whether I am at home or outside, I can get to know the temperature, whether my kid left the door open, the app helps me monitor it all, all on the touch of my phone, super convenient.With the Active Fresh filter, the lingering smells from garlic or fish have become a thing of the past.The 20-year warranty on the digital invertor compressor gives me a soothing comfort. Great product! I was initially quite hesitant about purchasing a large appliance online, as I usually prefer buying from physical stores. I visited a few offline retailers, but they were charging a high for a 2024 model 396-litre, 2-star. Eventually, I decided to buy online, and with card discounts and an exchange offer, I got a fantastic deal. The delivery was handled with care—no dents or scratches—and the installation was completed the next day without any hassle. We’ve been using it for several months now, and it has been performing excellently. The ability to control the fridge through the SmartThings app is a really cool feature!

Terrible Delivery Experience – Great Product
The product itself is really good — works perfectly and I’m happy with its quality. However, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing.The delivery team said they didn’t have a large vehicle for the refrigerator and planned to bring it in a small vehicle by keeping it flat, which is completely unacceptable. Every refrigerator must be kept upright during transport to prevent compressor and gas line damage — this is basic knowledge for appliance handling.To protect my appliance, I had to arrange my own vehicle and ensure it was delivered safely, which cost me extra time and money.Amazon should ensure delivery partners are properly trained and have suitable vehicles for large appliances. The product deserves 5 stars, but the delivery service barely deserves 1.

Delivery a bit problem, being heavy item
Item is good though delivery persons were not cooperative. They are supposed to deliver it to place of installation in room and then show open box inspection but they didn’t want to take the item upstairs as i live in upper floor. After too much persuading only they agreed . And of course something extra was provided to them. Anyway other than that everything is good

Good size available inside, many conversion options
Low noise, Good cooling and bigger size as we came from a 219l Whirlpool. 5 conversion options cover all the needs plus temperature presets with dual zone cooling. Deducting 1 star for build quality of the front as it seems these days fronts are like plastic and can be pushed around, compared to the metal body I had on a 2013 whirlpool. Sides for all brands are rough metal so that is a downside for new fridges these days in this range.Good delivery experience and exchange with Amazon.Pros* Fast cooling modes with lot of control*Many convertible modes*Energy efficient*Dual zone cooling and temp presets on front fasciaCons* An extra bottle rack could have been accommodated*There is some gap in the vegetable tray lip and the glass over it.*For this price all brands must have better build qualityWill update long term review later.
