The Refrigerator looks quite smart and its working also. Only thing faultering is the size of freezer part which is much more than needed. It should have been better if used in fridge part.Also, door alarm as mentioned in its features on Amazon is not working. Team, anyone please elaborate How to activate it??????

A good refrigerator for me, i am a single male bought this with expectations and it full filled it, freezer has ok space not huge but ok ok..like u can fit 4 amul 1l icecream box in upright position.two on top side to side and 2 in bottom in side to side manner, with the ice box in place. And fridge space is decent. Functionality is well, features are good, noise is also negligible, cleaning will be ok, have good sturdiness, don’t know about energy efficiency as i am using it for just 10days.

Decent Refrigerator
The freezer section seems to occupy more space than necessary, which could have been better utilized in the refrigeration compartment. Additionally, the tray height in the refrigeration area is a bit low, making accessibility somewhat inconvenient. On a positive note, its cooling and freezing functions are impressive, keeping food fresh—including green vegetables. It’s ideal for a family of 3-4 in terms of capacity. However, I did notice a few dents upon delivery. Overall, if you’re looking primarily to freeze items, this fridge could be a great fit for you!

I received the product 4 days after ordering, but the installation didn’t happen even after 10 days!I contacted Amazon customer care – they were helpful and gave me Samsung’s service number. However, despite calling Samsung many times, no one answered. After 4 days of trying, they simply cancelled the installation request without informing me.

Ergonomically flawed. But cheap and works.
So this is the cheapest value for money fridge I was in a rented house so took it. . The only big issue is the freezer compartment door is a lot bigger than the lower compartment door which is at around 4 ft from the base. The lower door will come to your mid chest max if u are say 5.8”. , as a result of this design , senior citizens will have to bend down every time they want to remove something from the non freezer compartment. So removing a jar of milk after bending down is challenging. This is a big negative if your mother is using it all the time. If u buy a fridge for your parents. My advice is to buy bottom mounted freezer so that the non dresser compartment comes up and one can easily Open the door and see things at eye level.
