Model – ECO (10L)Smooth installation by the Technician, beautiful and affordable Water Purifier !Was always a HUL Pure-it user for the last 12+ years, first time buying Electronic Modern Gen version, as usual expecting 5000-6000 litters of lifespan as expected and described by seller, technician and everywhere, before maintenance.Hearing about maintenance costs yearly (or depending upon your water usage timeline) are high enough if going for entire Kit changing, but that should be natural right ? A product which is giving you 7 stage purification including a GKK kit should also fall under a good maintenance also, and it is a matter of Water and good quality.I know this bcos last 12 years my father use to buy Pure-it basic 2-3,000/- Filters and every 2-3-4 months we use to change 500-600/- rupees of Kit once Kit life span ends and the amount of liters from every Kit change was sufficient enough for us like a 3 member family.Similar way this 10L Tank is suitable for even 4-5 members family also, but once again depending upon your load of water usage daily. 0-10L Filling time is hardly 30 mins.Cauvery Water TDS was 170 and after this Water purifier installation currently TDS is coming 25-27-28 which was expected.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good water purifier under 10-12K. HUL Pure-it is always our family choice, expecting good service life and experience in upcoming days.

High Maintenance Cost and Poor Customer Support
I purchased this product, and within the first 6 months itself a problem occurred. We are only two members in the house, and our water usage is also very low because both of us are employees. After 6 months, the SF indicator started blinking, so I called customer care. They charged ₹500 and replaced the filter.After another 8 months, they said the GKK filter had expired and are now asking for ₹5,500. I questioned the company, explaining that only two people live in the house and our water usage is very minimal. The customer care representative rudely told me to talk to the company I purchased it from. I replied that I had called the company itself and that they should be the ones answering, but they cut the call.Finally, I would strongly advise not to purchase this product because the maintenance cost is very high. I bought it initially after seeing good reviews, but now I regret my decision.

Good sturdy product. Water taste is good. Pls note water filter replacement costs approx 6500 per year and there is no water indicator.

Don’t recommend. Installation is very difficult and support is not available. Had heard great things about the product itself which is why I purchased it but ended up disappointed.
