I have charge the bulb as per the instructions,but the power failed the emergency light was as dim like a candle,i have similar bulb with same specification and is a bright as ever which i purchased it on 11/23.

Dmart may sell it at lower price
Watch out on price variations as Dmart may sell it at lower price during discounts.Else, functionally, it works awesome. Very useful during power failure. Around 4 hours battery backup.
