I am using the product since 2 years. But last month it stopped working and when I filled complaint against same, I received replacement with 5 days. The backup is good. Service is also good. Recommended if you have frequent power cut issue.

This is very good product.Very useful for the Wi-Fi router. Router works smoothly during power cut and not restarting.Power back is little low, not lasting for 3 hours. But works fine for me for minimum 2 and half hour.
