A decent refrigerator sufficient for 4 members as this is item has basic features with 5 star rating. Very fast icing technology is good. Very spacious. We gave stabilizer connection for safety. Only difficulty in cleaning the drained water in tray. It has to be done manually. We off the refrigerator once in two weeks as we maintain in 1.Online purchase is mainly for the colour, offers and 5 star rating. Otherwise you get this product in offline stores.Check for mfg year and buy it.

I really like it . Firstly the delivery is really quick . The delivery guys were professionals . The packaging was okayish. But the product was not damaged . The fridge is really efficient and nice and within budget too . The height is good and and is sufficient for a family of 5 easily. Also it comes with a stand so it adds like 6 inches to it .

I opted this product after going through reviews in the net and YouTube. I have been using LG gadgets for more than 11years and was never disappointed as regards their product qualityMoon or service. However, the delivery this time, was a headache.I made the purchase through Amazon on 15th for a ‘same day delivery’ to my son at Bangalore,. That didn’t really happen due to ‘rain’ – as messaged by Amazon. Over the next two days I called Amazon Customer Care Services 10 to 15 times and was courteously given generic assurances that the product will be delivered ASAP. They assured that the item will be delivered by 3-5 days. My son lives alone in Bangalore and it was not possible for him to stay absent indefinitely to take delivery of the consignment. That was why I opted for same day delivery by paying an additional 100/-. They also declined to give me the name of the dealer or the latter’s contact number.Ultimately I made personal enquiries, being fed-up with customer care of the most ‘Cusomer Centric Company’ , found out the dealer, contacted them, and got excellent response. The item was delivered early next day as promised by the dealer.The product was fine, except that the condenser net assembly at the back of the refrigerator was a little out of shape, although that doesn’t affect it’s functionality.The moral of the whole episode is “AVOID ALL AMAZON DAYS” as you will seldom get your delivery in time and never rely on Amazon customer care service to solve your problem.

Product is good. But I got cheated by Amazon.
Lg Fridge is good with 5 star rating and low power consumption 111 units /year. No door alarm, dull lighting inside the fridge. Low noise during operation.But I was cheated by Amazon on the exchange value. Initially it showed exchange bonus of 3500/- for my working LG single door model. But when delivering the delivery boy started bargaining on the exchange price starting from 1000 and finally i ended up paying 2000/- extra than the invoice value. In that case they should show for single door fridge 1500 is the exchange value.insteed of giving false promise to customer and during delivering demanding 2000 extra. I did not expect this behavior from amazon. Not happy with this purchase.
