⭐ 1 Star – Damaged Product Delivered | Very DisappointedI purchased this LG refrigerator expecting quality from a reputed brand, but I was shocked to receive a damaged product right out of the box. The corner of the fridge was cracked, which clearly indicates poor handling during transit or lack of quality checks before delivery.I had purchased this fridge for my parents’ home, and receiving a defective product has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. For a brand like LG and a platform like Amazon, this kind of experience is highly disappointing. We trust Amazon for safe and reliable delivery, but this time, it completely failed.Also, the return/replacement process is not smooth. Instead of a quick solution, it feels like a long, frustrating loop of approvals. When we invest in essential home appliances, we expect peace of mind — not damaged goods and extra burden.I sincerely hope Amazon improves its packaging and delivery checks, especially for large appliances like refrigerators. I do not recommend buying this model unless you’re ready to risk damage and delays.
