Well made, easy to use, strong, sturdy, and works well.
I got this to try to put under a table saw. The fact that it has feet that can be screwed down to take the weight off the wheels is why I think it will work well. You obviously would not want a table say rolling around while you are using it, but being able to roll it makes it easy to get it out of the way when done. It is easily adjustable to various sizes. It can be square shaped or rectangle shaped. The are levels built into the corners to help level it with the feet. The chrome tubes between each corner are steel. It is well made. The casters roll nicely. It has a lot of possibilities.

Assembly is not rigid enough to bear the load of 65 Kg washing machine which vibrates while spinning and also the stand slips on the floor. This item is good for stationary loads but not for washing machine.

JIALTO Washing Machine Stand Very easy to ensemble. It comes with everything you need. It brings a Philip screw driver and a measuring tape so that you can adjust to the size you want.. Instructions are easy to follow and straight to the point. I was able to put together in under 30 minutes. I bought it for my portable washing machine. Fits perfect and it’s very sturdy.
