Writing this review after 9 MonthsProduct is good, working decent, as Electronics item may be some times cause issue butQ – Any more Product from IFBA – NeverQ – ReasonA – Service is pathetic or can say they do not have any interest to provide proper service1. Customer care taking all the issue lightly like nothing happen2. Technician behave like “Ehsaan Kar raha ho and asking service charge in under warranty product”I have a 197 LTR fridge which have not functioning and it is under warranty, Complaint raise date of 7th August, Technician visited after 3rd call to Customer care and after 10 days, checked and found some device is not working and said order karna padega, after i called them and also approached to the Technician “order aane me time lagega and service charge ready rakhiyega, device ka koi charge nahi hai kyuki warranty me hai”.complaint for Service charge asking by technition to customer care and answer is Sir please talk to nearest service centre regarding this.Today’s 22 August issue has not been resolved and recently talked with Techinition here is his languageasked him why so much time to resolve 1 issuehe said – Time to lagega usme hum kya kar sakte haiQ – aapke seniors se baat karaoA – me abhi busy hu aap number nikal ke baat kar lo
