Good product; I wish per page cost was lower
Wish it lasted longer; but good product. Gives me nearly 5-7 Rs/page output. Cartridge lasts nearly an year. Printer works well. Easy to use and install. Print quality is good generally. No damage to printer

They sent me a used product! I ordered both black and tricolour cartridges. The tricolour one has this problem. When I opened the tricolour cartridge’s external packaging using the side flap (it was far too easy..that should have been my first clue) , the inner plastic cover was already split open, the protective sheath supposed to guard the cartridge heads was hanging loose. The cartridge was clearly used (the copper head was smeared with ink). I tried raising a return request which got in turn redirected to HP’s product support. HP claimed that they aren’t responsible and redirected me back to Amazon! Have always bought cartridges from Amazon in the past. This was a totally unexpected and unwholesome experience. Not exactly sure what to do next.

works generally fine, but last one purchased seems to be Fake and not recognised by printer.
Not many pages are printed (<60) before the blue color vanishes.(Always it is the blue one first)I have purchased for many years, and all of them worked fine, but last cartridge is not being recognised by printer.maybe a fake one, there is a minus icon on the color
