The pan is quite heavy and of good quality. It heats very well. There’s some stickiness which is to be expected from steel, but I don’t find it a big problem. This pan is a little small. You can use it to cook any small quanity of food. I got this and the triply cookware set from Hawkins. All well made pans and it looks very good as well. There’s no aspects of risks to health involved as there’s no chance of plastic leaking into your food as against using Teflon coated pans. Would highly recommend
