Pathetic Customer Care & Inferior products delivered
Very poor customer service. New fridge making noise. Raised complaint and no action till 48 hours. Called the Haier customer spoke to suleka agent and she promised a call back but nothing untill 24 hours. Again today I have called and she asking me if her senior called. Frustrated with her service i demanded for the manager which both times was denied. According to suleka Karishma the supervisor was informed yesterday morning about my call request but no joy yet. AFTER SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE I FEEL HAVE NO REASON IN HOLDING A DEFECTIVE PIECE AND DEMAND IT TO BE RETURNED AND REFUND MY FULL MONEY.. height is that the customer care was giving website address when I asked email ID…and they ask if English is the preference of and yet you land up on hindi operators….honestly Haier needs to sort this ASAP
