Delivery was timely. Packing was good. But had issue with “open box delivery process” , the delivery person didn’t unpack the box despite our repeated requests and he told us that a technician will call in 24 hrs and do the installation. In reality this product doesn’t come with a default installation. I had to escalate with Amazon and Amazon promptly provided desired support by assigning a technician on the very next day who did the unpacking, set-up and briefed product usage tips.Proud to be a long & loyal Amazon customer.Product is good and as per specs.Thank you AMAZON for your amazing support.

Too much noise poor quality
I purchased this Godrej refrigerator in May 2025, and it has proven to be a major disappointment. Every time the unit starts up, the compressor makes an extremely loud, harsh, and poor-quality sound that is disruptive and clearly indicates a defect. This is not normal operation; it is a sign of a poor-quality compressor and an appliance not fit for use. I am immediately demanding a full money refund and require an urgent reply from the seller and manufacturer to resolve this issue.
