Pathetic Quality and Even Worse Customer Service – Avoid the Femora Glass Bottle!
My experience with the Femora glass bottle has been nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly advise anyone considering this product to look elsewhere.The moment the package arrived, my excitement turned to utter disappointment. Despite what I hoped would be adequate packaging, the base of the glass bottle was completely shattered upon delivery. This immediately raises serious concerns about the fragility of the product and the care taken in its handling and packaging by the company.What followed was an even more frustrating ordeal with their customer service. I initiated multiple requests for a replacement, providing all necessary details and even images of the broken bottle. Yet, despite my persistent efforts and numerous follow-ups, absolutely nothing has been done. There has been no replacement dispatched, and to add insult to injury, no refund has been issued either.This is truly pathetic. It’s one thing for a product to arrive damaged, but it’s an entirely different level of unacceptable when the company fails to rectify the situation or even acknowledge their responsibility. My money has been taken, and I’m left with a useless, broken item and a feeling of complete neglect.In summary, the Femora glass bottle appears to be of poor quality given its easy breakage, and their customer service is non-existent when it comes to resolving issues. Save your money and your sanity – do not buy this product. You’ll likely end up with a broken item and no recourse.
