Very amazing product. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly.It can be adjusted anywhere in our rooms. The Hot water dispenser has a childlock too which is a very good function specially to protect children from Hot water.The Cooling cabinet is spacious and has a good cooling experience. Easy and affordable machine.Good for Hostelers and PG residents for all time.I recommend all to buy this product.

Defective Bonkaso water Dispenser
Dear Bonkaso Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Bonkaso water dispenser units I recently purchased. I bought a total of three units—one for myself and two for my relatives. Unfortunately, one of the units is not functioning properly, specifically the chilled-water feature, which is not working at all.We have already emailed your support team regarding this issue, but we have not received a proper solution. Despite requesting a technician visit, we did not get any clear response or assistance. This lack of support is very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple units.I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the faulty unit or replacing it at the earliest.Looking forward to your prompt response

Best for office
I was looking for a good Hot and Cold and Normal Water Dispenser with Refrigerator. The dual functionality for hot and cold water is perfect for my office. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly. The built in refrigerator is super useful for storing drinks.

Worst product . I was very dispointed due to normal water not coming . Only hot and cold water runs. When try to switch normal water button , then cold water comes. Both normal and cold buttons press only cold water comes. Very unsatisfied due to this issue . Pl return accept and refund my amount

Poor after sale service
I bought this item about in May 2024. And it had started to give trouble in Aug 2025. While normal and hot water is getting dispensed, cold water is not working.Raised a complaint with Bon Kaso customer care (I guess they have outsourced the service to a company by name Blurich). The service person visited after a week of complaint and said that the gas has to be filled, and he said they would order the gas and get it resolved in about 3 days.But it’s been almost 20 days since the complaint was made, and I’ve lost patience already. Once in a while you get a mail response stating the issue would be resolved, but there is no commitment to promise made.Worst after sale service!!
