Very bad support from HP
The product was damaged and not working when delivered. Contacted through three toll free numbers (three numbers), email and WhatsApp but no response. Contacted Amazon and as per their terms we have to wait 10 days (read terms and conditions) and then contact for refund. For this small item or amount the customer will have to wait for more hours. If you forget to call Amazon after 10 days then there is no refund. Very poor support from such a brand HP. They give a 3 year warranty and they don’t even respond when I call, I wonder how they can give 3 years of product warrenty

Decent mouse ✅ | AA Battery ❌
Mouse worked well its a budget mouse can’t expect much with the material and the quality, but very good for its price,Battery 🔋:Issue I found was it Stopped working within a month, mouse froze and lagged, ⚠ problem was the battery ⚠The AA battery it came with ( claiming 12+ month use) died within a monthAfter puttintng in a diff Battery mouse’s function restored.

Been using this mouse for 2 months now. Somewhat satisfied but frustrating experience
Pros:- Feels good to hold- Extra Buttons are on the side are useful, and in a comfortable position to access.- Works well on many surfaces. DPI adjustment button has been more helpful than I thoughtCons:- Battery used up very quickly. I ran through 7-8 cells in the past 2 months.- Hangs sometimes. It happens very rarely, but combined with the quick battery draining, makes for a frustrating & confusing experience.- Mouse buttons aren’t customisable with any HP software. Need to use third party. Not idealOverall, would suggest to buy only if you’re getting a good deal. It works for casual use, but if you want consistent excellent experience, better to go for something else.

worst mouse
worst product, description said 3 year warranty so I bought. it stopped working randomly right after the 1 year. tried to claim warranty on Amazon but it showed warranty period over.then had back and forth calls between Amazon and HP but still no resolutionmouse quality was also very very bad, pls go for Logitech, much better service and products, HP is a waste of money
