I bought M1 during an offer. The purifier is sturdy and easy to use. The installation was seamless. The water tastes nice. TDS stays around 20-40. But when I contacted customer care, they said they have unique filter that balances the needed minerals.

This RO has turned out to be a genuinely solid upgrade for my home. The biggest reason I chose the M1 is the 2 year unconditional warranty. There is no fine print and every filter, membrane and electrical part is covered in it. It has a 2 year filter life so there should be no servicing headaches for a long time. People in my family who bought the M series earlier have had no issues so far. This gave me a lot of confidence. It’s also such a relief to not deal with constant marketing calls or unexpected AMC charges like with my older RO.Design wise the M1 looks great. It doesn’t have the bulky RO look at all and blends in nicely with the kitchen. The 8-liter tank is more than enough for daily usage. Totally worth the purchase for me.

Great water purifier and very good service from the Urban Company agent. One complaint would be that the tap opener is surprisingly awkward to use and could need some getting used to. Also hoping that it doesn’t snap or break soon.
