Temperature control malfunctioning
Our fridge is 1.5 years old and has started malfunctioning . The temperature control is not working properly . The vegetables are turning into ice and everything is getting tooo cold in the fridge are (i.e. not the freezer ) . I tried setting the temperature to 8 degrees which is the highest possible but still not helping . Very disappointed with the fridge !! We have called a service support now . Please buy extended warranty if you buy .

Poor Bosch Service
Paint around Door handle area has started peeling and bare steel exposed., exposing bear Metal. Though the Fridge is under warranty, I received a quote for 26k. After 3 months of battle, Chennai Dealer replaced a new door. After merger of Bosch and Siemens, Service support in Chennai is Pathetic.

Save yourself the agony and buy Samsung lg . This fridge stops cooling control and everything stinks in the fridge . No customer suppport as well
