Complaint Letter for Kensco Water Purifier Service Issue
I purchased a Kensco water purifier through Amazon 5 months ago, but unfortunately, it got damaged in November. When I contacted Kinsco’s customer service, they informed me that I needed to pay a service charge of Rs. 600 for a service engineer to visit, as per their terms and conditions. I paid the charge, but I’m extremely dissatisfied with the product’s quality and the company’s after-sales service.

Products is ok. Water quality is normal. Smell slightly compared to a good quality ones like kent. Installation team support is very weak. Extra installation cost of 750is really high. Can be a good deal if water smell can be normal and have a better service and installation support.
