The worst product. Cannot even give one start. There was no option for zero star. We bought the fridge from Amazon and it was delivered in two days. And installed on same day. The worst part started after the installation. We were asked to turn on fridge only 24 hours after installation. When we turned on the fridge didn’t cool. We trued to wait for next 24 hours its still did not cool. We raised a Service request to Haier and after mutiple complaints, calls and emails they sent one technician who said the the fridge was damaged due to mishandling by Amazon delivery partner. Then we reached out to Amazon who in turn said we need to reach out to Haier. After multiple complaints the product was returned. I have not even received a refund yet. Dont fall for this product. I am now going to raise a consumer complaint in court.

Poor installation service
The size is towards smaller side. On installation I found that the small peg below on of the leg was missing. The installation person said I will Order it and replace but he didn’t come after that even after repeated request

Here’s my review after 2 weeks of using it:1) There are no 8 in 1 modes, you need to set the temperature manually to get your desired so called 8 in 1 modes.2) The fridge compartment can go from 2°C to 7°C, and the freezer from -13°C to -21°C.3) It uses 60-90 watts per hour on average, but goes over 200 watts when the doors stay open too long. So, I noticed a daily power consumption of 1.5 units when I set the fridge to 5°C and the freezer to -21°C.4) Be careful with the doors; I noticed the hinges aren’t too strong, so you need to hold the door to avoid it swinging.5) The toughened glass is good, I’ve put 4*2 litre bottles on the top shelves, and it held pretty well.6) The bottle rack is only for small bottles.7) There’s no light in the freezer compartment.8) Haven’t tried convertible option yet ,will update about it if I ever use it.So far, it’s been a good purchase for me. I like the design much better than Samsung and LG because it has clear see thru toughened glass.
