Good fridge with bad customer support from brand
Big storage especially for those who need big freezer section but refrigerator section is average interms of spaciousnessPerformance in cooling is very good I put it to ambient in peak summer and eco in winter for satisfactory result. It took just 1 day to chill everything on its first run on max freezer setting and it freezes icecreams perfectly just add few ice gels for best result👍Fuctionality is simple takes few minutes to individually check all the modes without any demoNo damage was there👍Now the only worst part is the brand customer support as no one came for installation and demo nor called. But luckily I got it unbox and placed by the delivery guys they actually helped really otherwise it would have it a gaint pain…. To get it placed in my desired place and remove the cardboard packaging

Poor Quality Product from Voltas
It’s a poor quality product from the house of TATA. Shelf glass is so poor quality- that it broke on the 1st day. And it is not even toughened glass – I thought shelf glass to be toughened glass is basic quality parameter… And they sold 521 litre fridge as 573 litre… Do not buy this product

Excellent finish
Item was received well packed. Was supposed to get a call from installer which never came. Raised a support ticket via Amazon which was attended to next day and the fridge installed.Working fine. It gas an excellent finish and appears a solid product. Am sure it will give reliable service. It’s a TATA company.
