Specification wise it is a good product, value for money product (@24K) I would say but received a damaged product. I requested for replacement and after 3 days of delivery product got picked up and now (6 days after pickup) no one knows where that pickup shipment is. I called amazon customer care number several times and their associates told different answers like many told the pickup shipment is deliverd back to seller and most of them said seller did not received the pickup shipment. To confirm the same I visited amazaon delivery center and they told me that pickup shipment has been despatched from the amazon delivery center on the same night of pickup and they denied to tell me that where that shipment currently is.I am frequently talking about pickup shipment because as per amazon replacement policy, seller will examine the damaged product and then seller will dispatch the replacement product (free from any defect product). Now I am sandwitched between this. unless and untill seller receive defective product I won’t be getting replacement (as per amazon customer associates). When I talked about refund they told me to wait for 13 days from pickup date then only refund window will open.I would request other customers too that don’t buy any product from this seller. Consider buying large appliance from nearest brand store, shop or you can buy from croma store afterall you are investing heavy money on such appliance. Below are the photos and video of deffective item that I received.UPDATE:I received refund after 35 days. Don’t buy from this seller as he delayed my refund to over a month of time. If it has happened with me it can happen with you also.

Silent and beautiful
Does what it is advertising. Really happy with my purchase. Energy efficient and silent. There’s no water leakage. Makes things cool down fast. The vegitable storage and all the other compartments are really nice. Got it for 20k, value for money.

No installation done, Average performance, poor door design.
Installation person never picked up phone, never came. I raised to Amazon 3-4 times then installed myself since we couldn’t go without a fridge for longer. It was easy to self install, so I’m not even sure what’s the point of having installment. The fridge is not noise free, it makes a small shrill noise, doesn’t bother us, but just saying it’s not silent. The accessories are sparse which suits me ok as i donny like plastic. Inside there is an Electronic panel to control cooling, i prefer knobs since electronic panels go bad very fast. This is a minus. Cooling is adequate and performance is average (3 star). Freezer ice tray is sliding type on a tray but very hard to slide. Suggest not doing that, it seems fragile. Volume is enough for a family of 4 which doesn’t leave too many leftovers or easily for a smaller family. Door design is very poor, it doesn’t shut easily, you have to manually push it hard. No automatic shutting on giving it a shove. I bought it for 30k and the exchange was not accepted since the old fridge was very old and slow at cooling, but at 5k more the design of fridges are way better. Don’t recommend this unless your budget is 30k, and not stretchable, in which case it offers the most performance and value for that budget with some design flaws that can be lived with.
