Defective piece not replaced
Received a defective piece, which had a dent at the top. Have been trying to get a replacement/refund for the last 3 weeks. Called Amazom umpteen times and was given umpteen dates for pick-up, but no replacement/refund so far. Very bad experience…

Very very Silent Operation
Had bought this for my aged parents whose earlier one flunked and thier usage was very limited.. Had switched on by evening and never felt like the fridge was running.. called up customer care and they said since it is Direct cooling method, it will not make noise.. wow that was the greater part- SILENT operation.Can be used for families up to to 2 people.. small and light so can be kept over a shelf too..

Going from the product pictures I thought the freezer compartment was seeled like bigger refrigerators but it’s just a flap. I would have bought a cheaper product if I knew. Otherwise working great I think.
