I’ve been using a Midea air conditioner, and it works really well. It cools the room fast, even on hot days, and it’s very quiet.The remote control and Wi-Fi features make it easy to use. Plus, it looks nice and fits well in any room. Overall, it’s a great AC at a good price!the installation service was not the best.The technicians could have been more professional.

Installation service is dishonest and unprofessional.
Product quality is good, but installation service is dishonest and unprofessional.The product itself is exactly as described and works well. However, the installation service was extremely disappointing and misleading.We already had inbuilt piping at our location. The installation technician falsely claimed that the existing setup was completely unusable and could not be repaired by anyone. This was clearly not true.When we informed him that we would get the existing setup checked and fixed independently, he still demanded installation charges despite doing absolutely no installation work at that point. This is highly unethical.Additionally, we were pressured into paying an extra ₹2000 for additional pipes because we were misled into believing there was no other option. Later, we realized that this expense could have been avoided.This feels like a deliberate attempt to extract extra money from customers through misinformation.Recommendation: Buy the product if you want—it is good. But be extremely cautious with the installation service. Do not blindly trust the technician’s assessment and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to any additional charges.

The comprehensive warranty—10 years on the compressor, 5 years on the PCB, and 1 year on the product—adds confidence in its reliability.Pros include flexible cooling capacity, quick cooling, durable construction, and extensive warranty coverage. It’s too early to provide detailed feedback on long-term performance, but so far, it seems like a great deal. I will update my review after six months of use. Good product but check whether your model is wifi enabled or not at the time of delivery
Midea is same AC from Carrier with low price and few non essential features removed. AC performs very good. But seller delivered non wifi model. Please note that Carrier/ Midea non Wifi models also show wifi symbol SA on the AC panel but that will not work. The model number specified on the AC will have alphabet W for wifi model. “W” was missing on my delivered product. I identified this through Midea service personnel after repeatedly raising complaints about wifi feature not working for a month. Seller addressed this by providing an alternate Wifi device which can control my AC through my Amazon alexa device or mobile phone. Performance of the AC is awesome. All modes work well.
