Best choice, excellent product and spotless delivery
The product is beautiful, looks very sturdy, extremely silent and spacious like a ship. The delivery was good as there was not a single scratch , bump or dent on the exteriors. The Electrolux team followed up promptly from day 1 for installation, although Amazon vendor didn’t turned but Electrolux arranged to send another team for speedy installation and demo. Over all a very good experience. Clutter free simple refrigerator with no useless fancy features like Alexa, 6 in one convertible, AI , flashy on door display etc etc.And its so handsomeGood for it folks

Awful – and again it stops working 05/09/24
Only had 3 weeks and the freezer stopped working and defrosted all my food which had to be all thrown out (what a waste of money)After numerous calls engineer came out who checked it over turned if off/on and said all was fine, yet the freezer still not cold as it used be when I first had.Very poor build quality, should have gone with another make nowWill update if it goes again.Had a good few months then stops cooling again 15/04/24 a few call-outs later….Another update – 05/09/24For the last 3-4 weeks I have had numerous callouts, gas refill, fan stuck, faulty board and still the engineer has been unable to fix and yes more food had to be thrown away. I don’t understand why a new unit has not been given as clearly this one is full of faults.

Pretty solid build
We made a decision to buy this refrigerator after comparing various models and thorough research. It was a good decision after using it for about 6 months now.From a usage point of view it fits the bill and has sufficient space to support needs of a family of 6+Build quality also seems superior to local frontline brands. The brightness inside while using it is very good. Cooling, freezing is optimum. No complaints of frosting, dripping etc. energy efficiency is also decent, nothing unusual.Overall indeed happy with the decision so far.
