I’m writing this review after using the Havells water purifier for three weeks, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought it mainly to ensure safe drinking water for my baby, and it has definitely met my expectations.The hot water feature is extremely useful, especially for quickly preparing formula or warm water without any hassle. The UV disinfection adds an extra layer of safety, which gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate the steel tank, which feels hygienic and durable.The water tastes very clean and fresh, much better compared to my previous purifier. The overall product quality and service experience have also been very good so far.Recommended for families with infants or anyone looking for a reliable and safe water purifier.

“I’ve been using this product for only 5 days, so I’d like to share my initial experience with it.The standout features of this product include:- Stainless steel water storage and stainless steel hot water storage- Appealing appearance- Satisfactory water testing results- Havells’ service in Bangalore City has been commendable so far- I was fortunate to receive an additional ₹2,000 discount from Amazon (much appreciated!)- The installation process went smoothly- In comparison to regular RO systems, it wastes less water (possibly due to its smaller 6.5-liter water storage capacity), which is a positive aspect.Areas for improvement:- The product requires continuous electricity to function; it cannot operate without it. Keep in mind that it consumes 60 watts of electricity each time you fill a water bottle, which could impact your utility bill.- There’s a plastic nozzle at the bottom for emptying the container, but frequent use could potentially lead to water leakage.- Both water pressure and flow are slow, even for hot water. It takes longer than expected to fill a 1-liter water bottle.- The entire system relies on touch controls. While the touch mechanism immediately stops water flow upon contact, I feel that the touch sensitivity could be improved. There’s a certain aspect missing in the touch response, resembling the fingerprint sensor of a cheap mobile device.- The touch sensor area needs regular cleaning, as it tends to look unsightly if left unattended.- The hot water temperature only reaches 45 degrees Celsius, resulting in lukewarm water. Additionally, it takes around 10-15 seconds to achieve this temperature. On the other hand, the highest temperature setting of 80 degrees is excessively hot, and a 50-degree option would be more useful instead of the 45-degree one.Overall, this Havells water purifier has its strengths, such as its stainless steel storage and water testing performance. However, there are areas that could be improved to enhance user experience.”Conclusion -I would like to offer some guidance based on my experience. If your budget is tight and structured, this product could be a suitable choice. However, if your budget allows for flexibility, it might be prudent to explore alternative options first. But, in the scenario where you find yourself without a suitable alternative, this Havells water purifier emerges as a reliable choice that addresses your water purification needs.

Review after 1 month of Usage
Got his machine from Amazon in end of August,below is the honest reviewPros1. Good looking machine, decent price for the features.2. Hot water is piping hot at 80-85 deg cel, easy to make tea/cofee with readymix packets.3. Warm water is around 40 deg, which is okish4. Good child safety features for Hot (sometimes it becomes annoying after regular usage)Cons1. Once summoned, hot water takes 3-5 minutes to be ready, my microwave oven does it much faster to bring to the same temperate (but needs special plastic equipment)2. The water disposer is very slow for all 3 (ambient, warm, hot). It takes more than double the time to fill a bottle compared to our existing Bluestar water purifier which has a traditional tap.3. No option to customize the default set temperatures of Warm and Hot (45 & 80 deg), it would have been a good feature.If you regularly use hot/warm water in your home, then this is good to buy, otherwise nothing much.
