Worst Experience Ever with Livguard Smart SINE 1100i InverterI recently purchased the Livguard Smart SINE 1100i Inverter, and honestly, it has been one of the most disappointing product experiences I’ve ever had.Right from the unboxing, everything went downhill. The inverter’s body had multiple scratches all over it — it literally looked used or poorly handled. The packaging was in terrible shape, the outer box looked old, and even the product sticker was scratched and half-torn. On top of that, no physical bill or invoice was included in the box, which is completely unacceptable for a new purchase.Now, coming to the customer service — this is where things get even worse. They advertise customer care numbers on both the product and their official website, but those numbers are practically useless. I tried every contact option available — WhatsApp support, official site forms, and phone calls — yet received zero response. It’s like the brand doesn’t even care once they’ve sold the product.When I attempted to register the inverter for warranty, the WhatsApp process felt like a joke. I followed every step, sent the barcode, serial number, and invoice copy, but even after 8 days, there was no reply.Another major disappointment — the inverter is marketed as a “Smart Wi-Fi model”, but that’s just a false claim. Yes, there’s Wi-Fi mentioned in the specs, but it never connects to your phone properly. The Livguard app is one of the worst I’ve used — buggy, slow, and non-functional. It’s basically there just to frustrate you further.For context, I didn’t even buy this for full household use — I only needed it to power my 3D printer for stable backup. My Microtek inverter (which I’ve used for years) works flawlessly, so I expected something similar or better from Livguard — but I was completely wrong.If you’re someone who values your money, time, and peace of mind — please stay away from this product. The build quality, packaging, and customer service are all below average. Inverter is good looks cool does its job very well but yeah app support is not that useful I wish they had added more features to it I only use it when I want to check how much load is on the inverterAnd for a month I use it without wifiThen one day I understand itYou have to go to the settings in app there you have to pair with a wifi then its wifi feature worksBackup is solidJust you can go for it at 6k and on festival sales it can go to 5.5k tooI had to buy it at 6.8k in emergency

Support and the company is non-existent. No real human at the other end – all bots. The accessories came crushed due to poor packaging, no way to reach the manufacturer and arrange a replacement. No user manual – took two days to figure out how to enter the menu. Not easy to install. The mobile app misses key parameters such as history – on usage, charging current/statistics etc. – which was the basic info I was expecting out of a connected app.It is doing the basic function as an inverter for now. But I am sure I will be in deep trouble if a situation arises which need a service or support. For that reason, giving 1 star so that those want a peaceful life can stay away.
