The product is reliable and efficient.The cooling is between 2 to -30. I’m using to store serum and plasma sample at -20.The deep freezer is convertible so we can also use as refrigerator.Happy with the product.

The prodyct is not in a good condition.
The peoduct is not in a good condition.It has major two problems from the date of delivery.1) front side wall getting too much heat when the plug is on.2) blue led light is not on. Its comoletely off.These two points means that the product is not good condition.I want to replace it with a good one.
